hey guys
experiencing quite a rough idle. goes between 1100 rpm and 1800 rpm. tested the fuel regulator which was 24 psi. tested the fuel pump pressure whilst running which oscillated then whilst running I revved it to 2000rpm and noticed the fuel pressure was around 75 psi which is quite low. checked to see if the return hose was blocked which its not. tested air compressor which tested ok and cant see any fuel or air leaks anywhere. all these tests unfortunately were done on the trailer and not under load. Am going to borrow a fuel pump to see if that will make a difference. In the mean time any thoughts as to why I could be experiencing this and to why my fuel pressure is low?
if it helps I was experiencing a lag in acceleration when at low rpm around 1700-2000rpm when I last had it on the water.
