Seadoo sitting for 2 years...Replacement of fluid?

New at this...need help and advice. I got a 2000 seadoo GS that has been sitting for about 2 years. Before storage, I had added fuel stabilizer in the fuel tank, added 50% anti-freeze to the water line into the motor, I attempted to keep the battery charged but I failed... ended up with a new one. But I guess my question would be about the GAS and Oil... would it be fine to run it up with the 2 year old fluid inside the ski... or have it replaced? It’s a "Full" tank of gas and a "Full" tank of oil inside the ski..

If gas smells close to how gas should smell and ski runs ok on it I would run it out. If gas smells like varnesh I would drain it out. I would also think oil should be ok. that is only my opinion. :cheers:
