Seadoo Oil Injection Check Valve (Banjo Fitting) Question

Hey Guys,

Looking for some suggestions for what could be causing my oil check valve problem. My ski had previously sat for 2 years up until this season. I have already replaced the oil check valves a couple years ago when I changed the oil injection lines. The problem I am having is the one oil injection line will not fill with oil. There is always some oil/air mix. I've bled the pump a few times and no change. The other oil injection line is fine and full of oil, no air. So I am leaning towards a problem with the one oil check valve. How common are these to plug up and cause the issue I am experiencing?

@mikidymac Is there anything else you can think of that would cause this? The banjo fitting (check valve) is the only thing that makes sense to me. Especially since I have only having problems with the one of them and not both.

Only thing I can think of.

Try temporarily swapping 2 lines and see what happens. That could confirm/bust your theory.

Hey Doctor, did you ever figure out the problem? I’m having the exact thing happen to me right now on my old gtx RFI.
