Last one i bought was on ebay and was branded as a solas. Wsm, amazon, ebay, sbt. There everywhere. Some people have made their own from an old driveshaft

Are you trying to remove the impeller or bearing?

The impeller takes a splined tool but the bearings are just press fit.

The bearing tools are available also. I made my own bearing remover and installer as did a few other people here. Super easy if u have or know someone with a lathe

The manual actually gives you the set depth for the bearings so if you want to save some money on the tool just buy a Harbor Freight digital caliper and press them to the spec depth.

If you have to have the tool I think it was @racerxxx that sells a nice one.
