Hello everyone
What should be the compression for the GTI 130 2012 engine

Can I find a manual somewhere online with this information? :)

Nada, Seadoo does not use compression tests in their service manuals for engine diagnostics, instead they use leak down tests with loss of pressure values.

You can check compression as a quick test but doesn't tell you a whole lot other than if you have a cylinder completely out. For the NA engine, compression should be 120-190 psi, lower for the SC engines. Leak down is a better check of engine health.

I'm back again, only this time after disassembling the engine..

Traces of rubbing the timing chain in the head, someone has been here before ...

Shaft, bearings without signs of typical seizing, however, a single thicker scratch on the bearing and wear is visible. What is unknown to me is the discoloration on the shaft that is imperceptible under the finger - have you encountered this? The crankshaft will go to the measurement. The timing chain guide and this red silicone were also damaged 🤨 There was a lot of dirt on the rear pump strainer. The photos show the condition of both oil pumps

There shouldn't be any red silicone anywhere in the engine. Slight discoloration from heat is fairly normal but shouldn't be purple. The wear on the oil pump is very normal even for a low hour machine which I would guess that has about 150 hours with that wear. You can replace the covers and gears if you like but it will still make good oil pressure as is. Timing chain guide wear is from timing chain stretch which 2009-2012 were the years where they had bad timing chains. Replace crank and rod bearings, polish crank and replace worn parts and it should run like new.

In my opinion from the photos you posted, I would guess that your engine was flooded and resurrected...Or taken apart and in that state for an extended period of time.

Hello
I'm in the process of rebuilding but I have a question about setting the timing. Shaft blocked, camshaft too and now the question

I put the sprocket on the chain, do you tension the left side of the chain or the right side of the tensioner??

I don't want to match the signs perfectly in any configuration, but from what I see on the forum, it will never be perfect...

You need the locking tools to time it , you can use a rod but the tools are the best way , you should get a service manual , it tells you all the things you need to know to put it back together. The crank and bearings are not in good shape

Buddy Digdog, without a manual and at least basic knowledge of engines, I wouldn't start this repair :)
The engine is blocked in the right places, you can even see the camshaft lock in the video. I know it's a drill but it works perfectly :)
The engine is already assembled on new parts and the question concerns the same setting of parallel marks on the camshaft sprocket.
I think if anyone has ever done such an engine, after this short video will know what I mean.

I couldn't find a better setup. turning the wheel on the bolts is possible only counterclockwise, so in this case it won't change anything...

The manual says if the crank and cam locking tools are in place and the marks are close to level then you're done. There is some variation for new chain and stretch , the minor adjustment is in the 3 bolts and the cam so that is why the marks are out a little , but if both locks are in then you just tighten up the 3 bolts because it's timed by the locks , the chain tensioner should be in before you tighten the 3 bolts.

Everything works as it should :)
