I have a GTI 155 Limited and it was running fine and then all of the sudden, mid ride I stopped and then tried to accelerate again and the ski won’t go over 35mph. It is running at 4800-5200 rpms at this speed. It is cavitating (vibrating) but I do not see anything inside the impeller. Could it be anything such as low oil levels or a hidden item that is stuck? Thanks

if it isn't misfiring sounds like impeller or shaft issue. make sure no rope is wrapped around the shaft or anything, bent prop ect.

In my experience when it is an impeller issue/cavitation you will get full rpm out of the engine the ski just will not go any faster just like the clutch slipping on a car. If it is actually missing I would still get under the ski and check the impeller but spark plugs would be my first thing to actually replace. Remember 4-TEC engines love to eat plugs for some unknown reason.
