RXT X Fault code P2428

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone has any info on the P2428 Code? I have replaced the sensor and the code has come up again.
I`m going to take a look at the 3 holes in the j pipe are not blocked, is there anything else I should look for?

High exhaust temperaturedetected

Exhaust overheat, damaged sensor or damaged circuit wires. Check cooling system for blockage. Check if the exhaust injection valve is properly calibrated.

Check if it's actually over heating! It's cooled by water therefore should be hot only to the touch.. If it isn't over heating, shoot the wiring etc. If it is hot then the sensor is correct and you need to shoot for cooling flow..
