I desided to keep my Challenger, So I ordered two rebuilted motors from SBT. Pulled my old motors, swicthed everything over on the first motor with no problems.
on the 2nd motor I timed the rotary disk and installed the cover, torked it to specs. Now I can not turn the motor over by hand. So I pull it apart and put it back on with no luck. It seems like the cover is smashing the rotary disk. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?

You might need to take some measurements or try the cover from the other engine. Hopefully they didn't cut the case to fix it ans messed up the depths.
