Carefully file it flat. It's just the valve cover gasket surface but that gasket is somewhat hard and will leak easily. No engine issues I see there, just a potential spot for oil to be blown out at high speed..
 
Not a big deal but that surface is fairly polished so you should stone it to a polished flat surface.
 
I'd first take a small ball-peen hammer and "Peen" it back down into place. this is nearly a lost art, but malleable metals can be reformed cold with gentle persuasion. Use a small peen and light blows and you can reshape most of it before a final file/polish.
