I called dealer to ask about which speed tie would work after getting a rear deck extension installed on 2021 GTX and was told the extension would not be compatible with speed tie even for fishpro. They couldn’t really articulate it, but they are saying the rear of the ski will be different than a fishpro after the extension. Can anyone here fill in the gaps? I thought these were essentially the same ski, why would the deck extensions be different?
Edit: realized fishpro doesn’t support rear speed tie wither and the deck is the same, that was why the speed tie kit is cheaper for fishpro it only includes front tie.
