Rave Valves leaking water

alot of water seems to be coming out of the rave valves. I just got a rebuilt SBT engine and put it in the water and there is water coming out of the bottom of the valve. It was alot of sluggish oil mixx at first but now its just water. Ideas? bad gasket? Should water even be coming through there? this is on a challenger 1800 w twin 787's

I just talked to someone at STB and they said that its the exhaust gasket leaking water up and it only looks like it's coming from the rave valve. I dont think water can get in the rave. I give up doing stuff myself. haha

unless the cylinder/s have a crack in them.
