I have been riding my seadoo xpdi with no problems since the start of the summer. Last week I was idling to the dock and it just shut off like i was out of gas. I tried to start it back up and it would crank but wont start like its out of fuel. Any suggestions??
It's out of gas! Just kidding. We need to determine if it's spark or gas, get some premix, like for the weed eater, dribble about 1/2 oz. down each spark plug hole, see if it will start. BTW what model year is your ski?
Both spark plugs have great spark. And it is a 2003 Seadoo Xp Di. I will try the premix. I tryed just regular gas already but that didn't seem to help.
The premix did not work. I talked to a buddy and he said maybe the fuel filter do you know any good way to get it off it looks like the lines are crimped on.
If you already tried plain gas premix isn't going to make any difference, I only told you to use premix because of the lubrication.
To be honest I don't know crap about direct injection, a friend of mine has a DI ski, he might be able to help. Let me see if I can get him to give us some input.
