This is also how the provincial governments track and tax the purchaser. Just saying. I've
received a few surprises a year later....

dont have a choice of filling this out, otherwise your watercraft is not legit and you will get fined....

Yes that's true. You also supply a bill of sale when you apply. Which states the sale price. Which determines the tax.
