Anyone know were I can find a new oem black and gray boat cover for a 2008 seadoo challenger 180 W/tower

Yeah you will probably have to buy a Poppy cover. We just bought one and it is a very nice cover that fits the Challenger perfectly. It does not have the Sea-doo logo's on it, but it is the closest thing you will find brand new.

My last poppy cover didn't last but 3 years my oem cover has lasted 11 years

Very disappointed with my poppy cover its falling apart after only 2 and a bit years and its just out of warranty of coarse. I couldn't get anyone to attempt a repair either so i have had to glue patches on it.

we bought a cheap cover to put over the poppy cover when it sits outside for stretches. It adds some cost, but it does help preserve the cover a little longer.

Yeah i'm looking to do the same. The poppy covers are a great fit just not very UV resistant unfortunately.
