not sure what to call it?...

ok my boat is a 95 speedster, know I picked ip in the fall so iam learning a lot about this boat, know I just found a on my right side of the boat it loks like a hose goes to it or water comes out of it,, its black and it screws off for water inlet or out lite.... Can any body tell me what this is and what's its purpose?...ty -joe

Sounds like it might be the flush out connector but hard to tell without any pics. Have you downloaded the service manual for your ski yet? If not you can find it online but the best are here, just join as a premium member to download. Also take a look at this site: http://parts.perryperformancegroup.com/pages/OemParts?aribrand=BRP_SEA
Identify the part using their part diagrams and if still needed tell us what the parts name is. We just got our speedster at the end of the season last year. It has been fun working on it and has really paid off doing a lot of research on here. Our boat runs great and is an absolute blast to have. Hope you have as much if not more fun with yours!!!
