This is a 2000 seadoo gtx. I put my key in, red light goes up and dash, but no beeps, so probly something with the connection, or a bad buzzer. Main problem is when i push start button, NOTHING happens. Not even a click. Could the battery be a problem to this, or connections?

Loose wire to starter? Bad starter soloniod? Weak battery? Engine locked up? There are a number of things it could be.

So i've checked many things, and went to the electrical box, and saw that some of the connections were bad, cleaned them out, but when i got to the starter relay, one of the tooths was broken, so i just bought a new one, came in, and tried it without the spark plugs, it cranked, so you know thats a good sign, i continued to finish painting cover, just finished so went to try to start it up an see if it will go, assuming that it cranked without the plugs that it should go, put plugs in, key in, click start and i hear like a . spining sound, looked for a bit and i saw it came from the starter relay, im not sure what could be wrong, is the relay bad or something? i just got it new like 3 days ago, it cranked when i just put it in.
