No water flowing out of the side "pee hole"

I have a 2002 RXDI and having trouble figuring out why there is no flowing water out of the pee hole. We have taken the hoses off and cleared them and saw nothing is stuck, also removed the grate and nothing was there.

It doesn't seem to be over heating or causing any trouble, we just want to fix all possible problems.

Also have notice there is about an inch - 2 inches of water in the hull after using the machine to tube with. However, I have read this is normal!

Any suggestions?

Check exhausted pipe for water leaks as well as the carbon seal.

There is an elbow off the head that gets plugged and stops the water from exiting out the "pee hole"..

This just happen to me and i placed a hose on the head (main intake inlet) and blew on it. As Casteiejoe mentions there is a elbow that can become plugged. Mine worked after this procedure.
