No start

Hi I have a Sea-Doo RX P supercharge after testing compression after a new rebuild reinstalled plugs and then try to start it again and I got nothing to the fuel pump and oil pump and no starter I tested the power going through the start button I have power in and out but still will not turn over took it to the repair shop and they told me my wiring harness was bad this I cannot believe I brought it home and owned out every wire on the harness no issues. Also they tried to plug it in to reprogram the key and there is no communication. Has anyone else had this issue

If you jump the solenoid, does it crank or is it still dead?

Does the instrument cluster power up and do you hear the fuel pump prime when you install the DESS key?
