I purchased a 2002 GTI LE day before yesterday which was in excellent condition. I noticed the floor matt was discolored (appeared bleached to a lighter blue) ) on the gas tank side after someone added fuel and spilled some on the mat. Is this normal and will it return to the normal purple color over time or is this a permanent situation. I tried cleaning with a household cleaner but it did not change. I apologize for asking such a basic question, but am trying to keep the ski in the best condition.
