new gage cluster

im looking to buy a new gage cluster for a 2007 rxt I called a dealer about the flash firmware for it and they said you don't have to I have cando pro to marry it but I think it needs buds to put the firmware in am I right about that and can anyone on here flash the firmware its 278002270 cluster with 07 flash

I just replaced my instrument cluster on my 06 Wake. I paid a performance shop to stop by and code my new cluster to on board computer.
485 for cluster and 180 to mate it to the computer. Kinda expensive.
