Neoprene Pump Seal for 97 Speedster

I don't see neoprene pump seals on any parts list but it seems like a good idea. Has anyone added them to there Speedster? If so what part number did you use?

Did the google thing and forum search before posting this thread. Did not find any info on neoprene seals made for the Speedster . Nor dose the service manual say anything about one on this type of boat. I was hoping some one else has done this and may have a part number that can be used. Adding a seal sounds like a good idea over using rtv or nothing at all.
Or is this a bad idea?

even though, they "outsourced" that part, because, if you look how the wear ring installed, it leaves a "lip" for it, to create the seal. I'd still run the neoprene seal though.
