I'm rebuilding my first carb....94 GTX.... But one of the needle seats won't come out... I've basically destroyed it trying to get it out, so no option to just reuse... Any tips or trucks out there? Can I just put a screwdriver in from the opposite side and Hammer it out? Or do I risk damaging something else... Thanks!

Be patient. Do not crank that thing around and take a chance on damaging the carb body.

Find a good penetrating oil and flood the area around the seat, let things sit for a while, then use the needle nose to give a little wiggle. It will take some time to get that o-ring to loosen up and release the seat.

It's there any danger from just punching it out from the bottom end of the carb? looks like the port goes right through

*forget it, I answered my own question... it's not a good idea!
