Need help installing Hydro-turf

I have a 97 seadoo speedster. I found where every piece goes on the boat. I have one piece left over and cannot find where it goes.

Can someone help me?

So the first picture is all the pieces I got. The second is every piece I installed. The one left has no home. Based on the picture and the layout you would think it would go on that side of the boat. But I don't have anything on that side of the boat for it to go on.

Im thinking "maybe" here...but every other piece installed had an outline on the boat where is was ruff from the factory there each piece covered. There is nothing up there that's ruff to indicate it should go there.

That location would make sense so you can step in and out while at the dock without slipping.

Or, maybe up in front of the cooler lid--help give "guests"
a visual cue (to not step on cooler lid ), if you tie up,
portside...

I hope someone with the same year or close to it that has the same Hydro-turf to chime in with the answer to this. Or the company I bought it from (@hfgreg) can chime in with an answer.

I went with this spot
