Don't try starting a SeaDoo while the charger is on! That's very very bad.

Either leave the battery charger on it for a few hours then disconnect the charger and see if it still fails to turn the engine over, and/or pull the battery take it to local auto parts or Walmart Automotive center and have them test it (it's free!) they can tell you if the battery is good or not... I'm guessing the battery is not good though, might have volts still but no amps in it anymore.

You will damage your electronics trying to start it while the battery charger is on it though! That's bad mojo friend!

Regards.

I hadthesame problem this year. If you hear a clicking sound but the engine won't turn ovr, it could be your starter solenoid. Did it stall on you or you shut it off and it wouldn't start after?

shut it off after and it didnt start back up on the lake
ran fine all day till i shut it off the last time before going back in to the dock

In my experience your problem is either your battery is failing or your voltage regulator is faulty,
Remove battery from ski and charge overnight, refit battery and start engine, place a volt meter on the battery terminals, you should be seeing 13.4 volts, give the engine a rev to see if the voltage rises, if this does not happen, replace the voltage regulator.
If engine does not start with charged battery, replace battery, i have seen this fault out at sea, you are lifeless and there is nothing you can do about it and you require a tow in to safety.

Hope this helps.
