Maintenance warning yet GTX runs fine

I'm suspecting that the maintenance warning on my 97 GTX is based on the hour meter which just turned 125 hours. There are no signs of issues and the ski runs great. I stopped in the dealer and a "tune up" was $283 and in the process they would turn off the maintenance alert. Anyway to do this yourself or does it actually require the dealer?

I guess you don't have the owners manual for your ski.

Yes... a "MAINT" light can be from the time. TO reset it, just hold the set button for a couple seconds while it's flashing "MAINT".

You can down load it from Seadoo. All you have to do is enter your email, and it will give you access to the owners manuals.
