Lowrance GPS/Sonar

Hello All,


Looking to possibly put a lowrance hook 7 on my c180 2012. Has anyone installed a gps before on this boat? Where did you run power and transducer cable? I see they make a cigarette lighter adapter for the GPS and might go with that option. Is there any extra power wiring under the display or by the box?

I had just installed a GPS/SONAR set up on my challenger, I put the transducer per instructions on hull. For the head unit, ran the transducer line along with factory wires inside hull. As for 12#, behind the gauges there is a fuse block...there are 2 or 3 empty slots where you can add a fuse and get power. There is also a ground stud that you must use, or tie into that ground somewhere. Hope this helps
