Loose hose on Optimax 200

Loose hose. I was working on my boat and noticed that I have a loose hose in the engine compartment. I think its the hose for the cooling water outlet or pressure relief. I have a Mercruiser 200 Optimax power unit. Can anybody tell me (or better yet show me) where this hose should be connected?

Post a picture of the hose.

There is a free hose on these engines... it's part of the bilge siphon.
