Looking for a winter project 07-12

Ok all chime in looking for the best , most reliable and easiest to work on ski for a winter project between the years 2007-2012. Don’t really need a race model just a cruiser, current have three 2 strokes now 97,01,02 all GTX looking to go bigger, thanks guys!!!

As someone who recently started this up, they got really simply sometime around 07 it appears but then again my GTI has been a real SOB to get running right so YMMV! I went from a 99 XP to an 05 RXP to now an 08 GTI SE.

The RXP is the most fun to fix up because it feels like a motorcycle. Small fast and light(relatively)
