I've often thought bout using a chock. But then I remember... my emergency brake works. (a lot don't)


So... did you go over, and yell at him?? (saying, you are tying up the ramp !!)



It both sucks... and is funny. (sorry)

That's a new explorer. His brake should have worked too. That looks more like he didn't even put it in park.
 
Good call, especially for those of us who drive stick and leave the engine running while getting the boat in the water. Adding chock block to my pre launch check list! Thanks for the tip!

I keep that cable w carabiner attached to a chock as a necessary bring along any time the boat goes out. E brake and park yes, but when you get in a hurry or distracted that chock is a last line of defense . As in this case that's something you can't undo once vehicle is rolling..
