Jet Pump drive shaft wear pattern

I have a 1997 Seadoo gtx and in the process of taking the jet pump apart, I noticed a weird wear pattern on the drive shaft. I've never taken these apart before so just wanted to see if anyone could shed some light on this before the season. Is this wear pattern normal? The ski has 97 hours on it - 5 of which are mine after I purchased and did a full restoration. Any help is appreciated

impeller shaft - looks normal, bearing & seal wear. New shaft is around $80.

Yes, looks normal for not changing the oil often enough. Run it.
