Is the intake really loud on a 09 rxp-x? Hose expands and contracts when reved.

Got the ski back together after supercharger rebuild, billet in-line fuel filter, catch can and cleaned injectors and heard like a chatter on the intake manifold/hose, l put my hand on it and l also felt the chatter like it was vibrating what all was connected and the hose in red in the picture would swell up and come back to size after a quick rev.

The S/C is noisy at idle and especially for last second when shut off. Hard to describe the sound though and any other sound is wrong. The hose from the S/C to the intake as well as the hose from the muffle to the transom exit will 'puff' up under hard throttle, both see a significant increase in pressure.
