hi all, i was considering setting up my 96 gti for fishing and i had heard somewhere that the police state of NY had outlawed it, i couldnt find any such law on the dec website, is there any such law???
Each state is different but i haven run across any wording that bans it.
There might be 'local' regs, like the one here only allowing sun up to sundown operation even with approved lighting.. people are trying to change that onethough..
