Is it ok to use a non synthetic oil on a pinch if its at least TCW-3 ?

Isnt it ok to use an outboard two stroke oil that meets nmma and TCW-3 for a short time if you dont have synthetic thanks for your help!

NO you need to use API-TC low ash 2 stroke synthetic oil in a two stroke not just any outboard oil. Do not use TCW-3 oil!!!!!! at all

Really? You can't swing a dead cat around here without hitting an oil thread. Also... there should be a sticker on both of your skis saying to never use TC-w3 oil.


Anyway... TC-w3 oil is a big No-No in a seadoo. You need API-TC oil.


Also... neither of your skis requires synthetic oil. They will run just fine on Low-Ash, mineral oil.
