How to rivit metal bracket to bottom of seadoo

The metal bracket that holds the rear elec box is loose on my gtx rfi. the bracket is riveted to the bilge .any ideas on how to replace rivits? Thanks

I would be tempted to try glueing it back in place with some marine silicone. Especially if the current rivets are loose but still holding.

Use some 3M 5200, that stuff is crazy.
