Hours reset after ecu swap

As you may know, when swapping out an ecu, the hours go with it. I've got a 2019 rxtx 300 I'm trying to sell, and now it looks like it has 70 less hours on it, which obviously concerns people. It shows 11 hours, but has 81. There has got to be a way to get the hours back to what it should be, right?

Yes, hours can be changed with the right software. I can add hours for a fee but won't reduce them.

I assume you need to have the unit in front of you? I'm in Houston and it looks like your in Ohio?
