My seedoo starts up first shot, we have changed everythign possible on it, we get it in the water start it up and press the gas and it goes but slowly it has no power it won't get up to speed it just putters along. We have exhausted all our possibilities even the mechanic that services it doesn't know. :cuss: please help

Shoot on over to the appropriate thread, 2-stroke, 4-stroke, boat and ask your question. Give as much detail as possible. What year, model seadoo you have and what you have changed exactly. Also, use the search, lots of posts about similar problems. This is just meet & greet. Welcome.

I reposted in tech forum as well, heres the background, the boat in question is a 93 GTS, over the winter it had a motor transplant from our 95 SPI, SPI ran great last year, compression 145-150 in both jugs, changed over coil and modules, no difference, new plugs
