Can this be fix or do I need a new engine casing

this is repairable. oversized bearings are sold by SBT. the block will be need to be line bored and possibly tig welded. have the machine shop pin the bearing, this prevents them from spinning again. cost is abot the same as a used block, but in the end you will know what you got. the used block is an unknown. hope this helps.
