I’ve owned this xp for 27 years. Ran fine. A couple of years ago it started dying on the lake. Tapping the CD pack would sometimes get it to run. Now nothing
Was it acting like the shutdown was fuel related or electrical?
Will it crank at all?
Have you checked for spark?
Will it hit on ether?
What maintenance activities have you completed?
If I tap the CD pack I get spark back. I’m assuming it’s a CD pack, it’s in a grey plastic shell covered in resinite. Always cranks. Last work was carb rebuild about six years ago ran fine since then.
