Help identifying this intake grate

Hi I was hoping someone could help me identify the grate and maybe what it was designed for. It looks like some type jet dynamics ? Also looking for info on a skattrak 720v? What model was it for ?

You are Correct Matt. I just bought one for my 1996 HX. It suppose to be a rare intake grate.
