hello new to forom have a 97 xp that had a wore vts boot and as u guest it water got

97 xp got water in vts moter box and now i cant start up engine the vts moter is working it is drawing 1,5 amps when tested the gauges work when i push start button tested trim button got continuity all fuses are good any sugistions . promove

Welcome to the forum. Was water in the hull and VTS box? The engine won't turn over? Can you turn the engine with the PTO? Could be hydro locked. Check these items and repost your findings in the 2-stroke PWC section of the forum.
