My seedoo starts up first shot, we have changed everything possible on it, we get it in the water start it up and press the gas and it goes but slowly it has no power it won't get up to speed it just putters along. We have exhausted all our possibilities even the mechanic that services it doesn't know. please help
Just a bit of background, the boat in question is a 93 GTS, over the winter it had a motor transplant from our 95 SPI, SPI ran great last year, compression 145-150 in both jugs, changed over coil and modules, no difference, new plugs

There's a million threads on here regarding changing the old grey tempo lines over to New fuel lines. The grey ones deteriorated on the inside from the gas. They can and will cause issues with a single or double carb set up. Even with a brand new motor, dirty lines or carbs won't let it perform correctly. When the motor was swapped the carb and lines should've been done at the same time.

Will take to the shop tomorrow, all the fuel lines in all the boats are standard Black braided, so I will assume they have been replaced, that being said I will replace them anyway. A friend, mechanic (Diesel, Gas, Auto and Heavy truck) who has had some experience with the boat an PWC world also suggested the Carb, we will investigate tomorrow. Keep in mind I am a Bike guy from the old days and this aint your typical 84 CR500, updates to follow

Also check any filters associated with the fuel, like in line or the water/fuel separater cup. Good luck.

Might not have to replace the fuel lines if it already been done and they are not the original grey lines.

Thanks for all the responses, I looked into all issues, finally the last thing I had not changed was the CDI pack due to the fact that wire colors and amount where different. After going through the schematics for both boats, I got it changed and Voila, Jojo's seadoo lives again, still odd that it would start and idle but we are on the water again
