Has anyone measured a speed / acceleration difference with the ribbon delete mod?

Has anyone measured a speed / acceleration difference with the ribbon delete mod?
What about the cold air intakes, and exhaust mods?
I can find empirical data on the tuner mods, just not the mechanical ones.

I made an exhaust for my spark, sounds good, but I really didnt notice much of a difference. As for the ribbon delete, i too would like to know if it is a noticeable change. I have thought about doing it, just never did.
