GTX 4TEC will not Crank Over/Start

Hello everyone, I need some help. I was using my 2004 Sea doo GTX 4TEC all weekend with out any issues. On the way home it started to hesitate and then the check engine light came on the LCD screen and the red warning light. It died and will not crank over.

I returned it to the dock, there was about 15 gallons of water in the ski. I checked the oil and removed the plugs and there is no water in the engine. I dried it out and now when I place the key on it is cycles straight to check engine light/mode display. This will not let me crank it over, but it dose crank over fine when you jump the starter solenoid.

Any ideas would be great. thanks

I would check electrical plugs disconnect dry add dielectric grease and plug back in. I have read quite a few issues that come up from moisture in plugs. Having so much water in yours could have lead to water intrusion in a plug
