Hey there!
Need some help... I'm stumped.
I cannot seem to figure out how I can remove (then put back) the gas shock that's holding up the hood. Any advice would be great!! Please see picture.
Why am I removing? I need to review fiberglass work that was done on the machine. It's been repaired once, which caused more damage (the 1st guy did a terrible job). This 2nd shop should have done it correctly, but I don't feel comfortable using it on the large Lake Michigan until I can see what was done. Especially after what happened after the first shop.
Once I can figure out this gas shock puzzle, I can take apart the rest
