I was dumb enough to tow my 98 GTX without clamping the water line now the engine is full of water. I pulled the plugs and turned it over a million times and still a fine mist of water is coming out. I took off the heads and sprayed everything with fogging oil. Is there a drain on the the engine to get the rest of the water out.

nope. There isn't a drain, since water isn't supposed to be in it.

The fogging oil is a good start... but you need to get that engine started before the bearings start to rust. You need the velocity, and heat, that only a running (even at idle) engine can provide.

You may have to dry to plugs a few times... and use a little starting fluid... but you need to get it started.
