I know that my tank has two vent valves. One for letting air in as fuel is burned to prevent a negative pressure and the other for relieving pressure (over 3 PSI I think). So my question is since there can be a positive pressure of up to 3 PSI, can/should there be a small and short audible sound (hiss) when opening the tank after a ride?

On my 97 SPX, when I took off the fuel baffle rubber clamp, I heard a "hiss"

I know my 99 Yamaha 1200 used to do it and I know my 2015 GTI does so not an expert on the older seadoos but I'm guessing it should to some degree
