Found ths, anyone got any ideas? 96GSX

I found this in the hull of my 96GSX, I can't figure out where it goes. Does anyone know?

Update: Also found this bolt, a spark plug, and a spark plug socket. I'm thinking the bolt has something to do with the other think I found.

That's 1/2 of a exhaust pipe bushing. Maybe from the bracket that's up top or maybe from the lower left side of the engine. The bolt and bushing go together. The spark plug and socket go together. :cheers:

I second Dennis comment. If you ride the ski without that bushing or worn bushings the exhaust will snap off the manifold to pipe bolts.

Yep, thanks Dennis, I just figured it out, I didn't find the washer so I used a stainless steel lock washer instead. Wonder where the spark plug socket came from, funny it fits exactly in the empty slot in my tool box. Say hello to Otis for me.

Update: I borrowed a flat SS washer from the grease shield, looks to be the same and re-installed the bolt with blue locktite.
