Engine running high but no propulsion

Hi,
I just put my 2013 Seadoo GTR into the water for the first time this year (living in Sweden) and everything is running as it should (I just changed battery) but when I pull for some acceleration the engine just run high but non or very littler effect comes out of the water jet.
The water jet is pumping water fine when throttling but when I pull for some more acceleration it seems to suck air och does not get any water to push out.
Any suggestions on what to do or should I take it to the Seadoo shop asap.

Did you check to see if it sucked up some debris into the impeller? Look very carefully inside, there could be something inside that is hard to see. Also does the IBR go up when you throttle up?
