Engine Light will not go off on new Wake 210

We purchased a new 2010 Sea Doo Wake 210 the motor light would stay on. We had the boat in a Sea Doo dealer 6 times with no luck. I called BRP and talked to Damien he offered no help. We are now returning the boat under the Lemon Law.

What has the dealer done to correct the problem?

We purchased the boat in OH so we can claim the Lemon Law. The dealer has replaced several parts with no luck.

OK, I'm not familiar these boats.
The engine light you mentioned is it the warning light/beeper for overheating or what?
What parts were replaced?
