Is anyone able to redirect me to a place where I could download the electricity circuit of the following model: Seadoo 951 DI engine.

There's an electrical diagram in the SeaDoo service manual which you can download from this site if you join as a premium member, or you can google from a site and download for free.

I think in 2006-07 the 3D is a 4-tek, 2004 was the last year for the 2-stroke 951 engine. Check the last two digits of the hull ID no., its the year of manufacture.

Sorry you are correct, 2006-2007 3D is a 951 2-stroke.
